High School Sports are Coming to Namahana

With our first 9th grade class beginning in fall, we’re pleased to announce Namahana students will be able to participate in high school sports, with students able to participate in KIF (Kaua'i Interscholastic Federation) through Kapa'a High School. As we start to have enough high school students for full teams, Namahana will have its own teams. 

Current 8th graders and their 'ohana got a survey last week to share their sports interests for next year. Here are the sports our 9th graders can try out for next year:

Fall: Boys Football, Air Riflery, Bowling, Cross Country, Volleyball, Cheerleading 

Winter: Basketball, Soccer, Canoe Paddling, Swimming, Wrestling

Spring: Softball, Baseball, Tennis, Track&Field, Golf, Girls Flag Football, Surfing
